SHIPPING

In Spain delivery is estimated between 48/72h in working days, in Europe and the rest of the world from 2 to 10 calendar days, from the date of Shipping Confirmation.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

If you have received your package and you are not entirely sure about your purchase, remember that you have 15 days from the date you received your package to make any exchange/return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for return.

How do I start the process to make a successful return or exchange?

Send us an email to info@rostudioshoes.com informing us if you wish to make a return or exchange with the order number that was sent to you by post and the item you wish to exchange or return. If you have not received a reply within 48h, something has gone wrong, please contact us again.

You will receive a confirmation email confirming the start of the collection and return process.

After examining the item, if the piece is in the same condition as it was sent, the return will be made as soon as possible (between 48 and 72 hours) in the same payment method used to make the purchase.

For returns from mainland Spain, the amount to be returned will be paid minus the cost of the return carrier (7€).

Canary and Balearic Islands and the rest of the world, the shipment must be processed by the customer himself.

When and how will I receive my refund?

You will receive the amount by the same payment method used for your purchase within a maximum estimated time of 5 days from the confirmation of the acceptance of the refund, depending on your bank.
